Given the brazen nature of the surveillance, harassment, and coercion that I have described in previous posts and across this website, the obvious question is why victims do not seek legal assistance. In this segment, I would like to explore why a reputable investment bank would engage in both physical and electronic surveillance and harassment of current and former employees as a business tool. The high-profile Credit Suisse spying scandal illustrates how this type of activity is not alien to the banking industry. What most people do not know is that this type of activity is being widely used by at least one other rival bank, my ex-employer, on victims that include even lowly Vice Presidents like myself.

With the Bank determined to cover up the matter at the lowest possible cost, it resorted to one of its secret HR programs. This is when the real nightmare began for me!
